Stack Bundles, (born Rayquon Elliott), was a mixtape rapper plucked from the streets of Far Rockaway Queens and placed on the mixtape circuit where he entertained thousands over a years time before going through a bidding war where he landed with Jim Jones's MOB camp with fellow rapper Max B. Bundles burst onto the rap scene after signing to DJ Clue?' S Desert Storm Records, joining artists such as Fabolous and Joe Budden. He gained more fame after he brazenly approached Dipset charter member Jim Jones and asked the Harlem-based rapper to promote him. Impressed, Jones helped Bundles compile a series of mixtapes and collaborations.

On June 11, 2007 on the way home from a club in NYC, club Stereo, at around 4:00 a.m., Stack was shot from behind in the head and neck. Months later the man suspected in Bundles death was shot in the leg and the head. Bundles was one of the most influencial mixtape artist on the scene before his death. He was a self-proclaimed ghost writer for unknown artists (Jim Jones), and an exceptional rapper coining new words to reflect his arrogance and swag like 'Frah,' and lines never heard before like 'I spend about on onion for the jeans, a shavin' for the hat, the whole outfit crack' and perhaps most appealing, his rock star mentality. He claimed Far Rockaway as a new, sixth borough of NYC. He has said Queens alwys had somebody, from Run DMC to Onyx or Fifty, but Far Rock only had him.

His lyrics far surpassed most mixtape artists and his swagger was different than any other. He made Desert Storm 'hood' after Fabolous made it good and he made Byrdgang a bigger movement than DipSet itself.

Bundles identified with young people in the ghettos and hoods of New York. He gave young up-and-coming artists a reason to fight to get to the top, but never leave where you come from. Although, Jim Jones offered a condo in New Jersey, Bundles refused to leave the hood. REST IN PEACE!
