On the where you found the 'Drivers' listed in the far right column you should see a 'Download' button click on this and you'll be prompted to download a file to your PC, once it is downloaded connect your 211 to your PC and run the program on your PC. The Program will activate ActiveSync and send the file to your 211. On the 211 you'll be prompted to install a new program, accept all the default answers and the drivers will be installed.
